Tech School Day
Tech School Day is an invitational
event where we host workshops to
introduce programming using animation and robotics, test our critical thinking
abilities through puzzle based learning.
Students (and their teachers) get to explore and solve
problems through practical hands-on activities. The aim is to give students
a quick taste of the type of creative
problem-solving activities found in computer
science.
Classes are run by our teachers, tutors and by guest lecturers in our
first year labs In 2011 we had
a guest talk on programming and problem solving
by Joseph Kuehn from Google Sydney.
This year's workshop will run in September.
